The CDC’s COVID-19 Community Levels
- Low – If fewer than 200 cases per 100,000 people in the past 7 days: Less than 10 admissions and 10% of staffed inpatient beds occupied by COVID-19 patients
- Medium – If fewer than 200 cases per 100,000 people in the past 7 days: 10-19 admissions or 10-14.9% beds occupied. If more than 200 cases per 100,000 in the past 7 days: less than 10 admissions and fewer than 10% beds occupied.
- High – If fewer than 200 cases per 100,000 people in the past 7 days: 20 or more admissions and 15% or more beds occupied. If more than 200 cases per 100,000 in the past 7 days: More than 10 admissions and more than 10% beds occupied.
