Fall 2020 Registration Adds

For Fall 2020, the paper registration form will not be used. Per request of the Provost’s Office, an online system for registration add requests has been created. Students will use this online system to request Permission Numbers to add classes instead of getting a signature on the form. The online form can be accessed via https://webfarm.chapman.edu/PermissionNumberRequest/ starting Friday 7/24. Department chairs or program directors will review the requests, then students will get an email with the Permission Number to enroll if the request is approved.

For more information and instructions on how to use Permission Numbers, please see the Registrar website.  Students should be using this new system rather than emailing instructors directly or showing up to classes on the first day to obtain signatures. As a reminder, once the semester begins class waitlists are no longer processed, so add requests will need to be submitted through the online system. Dropping classes or changing the class grading basis can still be done through my.chapman.edu.
