Holiday Break Announcements

This post was updated on

Campus access during the holiday break will be limited to essential staff and faculty members who have already been cleared, in accordance with the CUSB guidelines, along with students who have been authorized to remain in campus housing. The outdoor study spaces will still be available to anyone who already has approved campus access.

Anyone who needs one-time access to campus over the break must first complete the published process for obtaining access, and can then contact Public Safety to arrange admittance to campus buildings.

After the holiday, testing will be required for everyone accessing our campuses, along with all residential students. Additionally, anyone traveling during the break should follow CDC guidelines and plan to quarantine for a period of seven to 10 days upon return. Full details concerning testing during the first week back in January, including hours for both Rinker and Orange campuses, will be forthcoming.

Although the Student Health Center will be closed over the holiday break, a nurse is available 24/7 via phone for student concerns. Please call (714) 997-6851.
