OneClick Classroom Support Button

The Chapman IS&T OneClick Support button is designed to streamline classroom support without having to call the Service Desk. Simply push the button and the Service Desk will be notified that you need assistance. How it works:

  1. Press the OneClick Support button located near the instructor console.
  2. The LED indicator light will flash white and then turn solid green when the service request is successfully submitted.
  3. A technician will receive your email and follow up with a phone call to the classroom.

Online Classroom Inventory (OCI)

The online classroom inventory is a tool that allows you to see details about each classroom on campus. You can find:

  • Information about available technology
  • Number of seats
  • Photos of the room space
  • Whether or not the space has a webcam or HyFlex room setup

When printing on a share office printer, it is important to remember to wipe down any areas that will be touched before and after use. Be sure to wash your hands and use hand sanitizer as needed.

Chapman Mobile App (Ready Education)

Staying connected on-the-go can be difficult. With the Chapman University Mobile App, faculty and staff can quickly and easily get information about real-time parking as well as access the campus events calendar, an interactive campus map, and an electronic directory. The Chapman University Mobile app is available on iOS and Android devices.
