Beginning August 30, facility hours will be as follows:

  • Argyros Forum Student Union
    • Daily: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Cross-Cultural Center
    • Mon.-Thu.: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
    • Fri.: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
    • Sun.: 1 p.m.-10 p.m.
  • Julianne Argyros Fitness Center
    • Mon.-Thu.: 6 a.m.-8 p.m.
    • Fri: 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
    • Sat.-Sun.: Closed
  • Henley Hall Fitness Center (beginning September 3)
    • Mon.-Thu.: 7 a.m.-11 p.m.
    • Fri.: 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
    • Sat.-Sun.: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

CU Health and Wellness

CU Health and Wellness provides a centralized resource for students, faculty and staff to access Chapman health and wellness resources, tools and events. To learn more about maintaining wellness in your daily life, visit our centralized website.
